Brianne is a certified paraoptometric assistant by the American Optometric Association, a former president of the American Businesswomen’s Association, and member of Business Networking International. She attended MUW for its business administration curriculum.

 

At Brooks Eye Center, Brianne is responsible for quality and performance of office processes, procedures, staff, and patient services. Her most important priorities are delivering a superior patient experience, motivating and developing staff.

 

After business hours, Brianne enjoys spending time with her children (including triplets!), husband, dogs, shopping, and traveling.

JOY

Patient Care Coordinator

Joy is a highly-trained professional with an extensive background in customer service, vision insurance, and optical appointment scheduling.

 

At Brooks Eye Center, Joy has a customer-centric focus on optical care services, insurance issues, and has a great reputation for going the extra mile to serve patients.

 

After business hours, Joy enjoys reading, writing poetry, and spending time with her children, and granddaughter.

JORDYN - CPO

Technician

Jordyn is a certified paraoptometric by the American Optometric Association.

 

At Brooks Eye Center, Jordyn pre-tests optical services patients, performs ancillary eye testing, and works diligently to give patients the most thorough eye care available.

 

After business hours, Jordyn enjoys being with friends and family, and following the Crimson Tide.

KAYLA

Optician

Kayla is highly-trained in lens edging, assembling of eyewear, frame styling, lens selection, and contact lens evaluations.

 

At Brooks Eye Center you will find Kayla communicating with patients, making everyone feel comfortable and important, and creating an eyewear look they cherish.

 

After business hours, Kayla enjoys spending time with her son and husband, canoeing, and being outdoors.

LEAH CPOA

Clinical Supervisor and Contact Lens Technician

Leah earned a Bachelor’s degree in general studies from MUW and is a certified paraoptometric assistant by the American Optometry Association.

 

At Brooks Eye Center, Leah supervises clinical and patient care functions and contact lens evaluations. Her favorite part of eye care is optimizing patients’ vision through complex contact lens evaluations.

 

After business hours, Leah enjoys being with her husband and twin boys, shopping, and traveling. 

LINDSEY

Optician

Lindsey is a highly-trained optical information resource for frame and lens options, contact lenses, and sun wear.

 

At Brooks Eye Center, Lindsey helps patients find perfect eyewear to complement their activity, fashion, and lifestyle.

 

After business hours, Lindsey spends quality time with her son, friends, and family.

MEGAN

Optician

Megan attended MUW for business administration and health management studies.

 

At Brooks Eye Center, Megan helps patients find the perfect frame style and lens options to fit their activity, look, and, personality. 

 

After business hours, Megan enjoys spending time with her son, exercising, and being outdoors.

MEREDITH - CPO

Technician

Meredith is certified as a paraoptometric by the American Optometric Association and experienced in both ophthalmology, and optometry fields

 

At Brooks Eye Center, Meredith pre-tests patients, performs ancillary testing, and assists doctors Brooks and Earwood.

 

After business hours, Meredith enjoys spending time with her husband and sons and following the Mississippi State Bulldogs.

MORGAN

Patient Care Coordinator

Morgan has a fashion and personal styling background. She is a go-to optician for sun wear and frame styling.

 

At Brooks Eye Center, Morgan creates an extraordinary patient experience communicating value, answering questions, and making everyone feel at home.

 

After business hours, Morgan enjoys modeling, spending time with friends and family, and serving in her church.

STEPHANIE - CPO

Optical Supervisor

Stephanie holds an associate’s degree in ophthalmic technology from EMCC and a certified paraoptometric by the American Optometric Association. 

 

At Brooks Eye Center, Stephanie supervises the frame lab, optical care services, and performs custom frame styling and lens finishing services. She is a highly-trained and skilled professional who loves interacting with patients and fellow teammates.

 

After business hours, Stephanie loves spending time with her husband and son, home decorating and DIY projects, and spoiling her pets.
